MayoClinic- The Mayo Clinic web site contains a Healthy Living section that is divided into sections. The Children’s Health sections features an article about a healthy transition from high school to college. The Stress section includes information on stress symptoms, stress in the workplace and stress at home.

Stanford Health Promotion Resource Center- This site contains on-line classes, on-line tools, resource information, videos, and an online store. The site focuses on stress management, mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, aging, smoking cessation, heart health,and weight management. Some information is free or you can buy a membership that allows you to access the entire site.

Mind/Body Medical Institute, Harvard University Medical School- This site features information about overall wellness, stress management, exercise, women’s health, school health, and many other mind/body topics. The site also provides information about research related to stress and stress management.
